Returns

At Muses Bijoux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused

• Be in its original condition

• Be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
